Editorial
Part of the fascination of detecting is the back story behind the humble finds and well as the more important ones. A mass produced Victorian pencil end in PAS Finds is of a champion jockey (13 times) who tragically died far too young. And, a seal matrix, considered a Find of Note which helped 15th century sinners get to heaven quicker.
Five more readers finds including one with one the most iconic portraits on a coin – Henry VIII.
