Description

This is a treasure find from 2019 in East Dorset. The Treasure Registrars announced on Tuesday (8 June) that the detectorist who found it and the landowners, Lord and Lady Phillimore, have donated it to Priest’s House Museum in Wimborne, East Dorset.

The brooch is believed to date from the 14th to 16th century.
